The box looked fine overall, but it didn’t feel like anything special. One corner was a little crushed, though everything inside was still safe. For the price, I was expecting the presentation to feel a bit nicer

I love the Moomins, but the site gets old fast. I kept scrolling hoping to find more stuff with Snufkin, Little My, or some of the side characters, but it feels like everything is just Moomintroll again and again. After a while it’s kind of frustrating, like come on, there are so many great characters to use. Disappointing to browse.

I really like the look of the site. It feels clean and cozy, and the colors are just... nice, not too much. It has that soft Moomin kind of vibe, and it’s really easy on the eyes.

I ordered from Moomin and ended up needing to contact customer service about the delivery. They did get back to me and sorted it out eventually, so it was fine in the end… just took a few days, and I had to send one extra message to nudge things along. The person I spoke to was polite and helpful enough, just not exactly quick. So yeah, not a bad experience really, but it could’ve been a bit smoother.

The product looked a little different from the photos, so I do think it’s only fair to be a bit more accurate with the listing. That said, it wasn’t a huge issue for me and the item is still okay overall.

I’m a fan of moomin stuff, so I was kind of hoping the collectible side would feel more exciting. Some pieces do seem to sell out really fast, but then a lot of what’s left feels a bit basic to me. I guess I just expected more rare or special items, especially for collectors.

I half expected the print to maybe look a bit cheap in person, like some shops do when the photos are doing all the heavy lifting, but it actually looks great. The mug feels sturdy and the socks are nicer than I thought they’d be. Happy with the order and I’d definitely buy again.

I don’t know what else to say, the size was good and it fit me nicely. No complaints from me, it was exactly how I expected it to be.

Nothing too fancy, just straightforward and does what it’s supposed to do.

I ordered a personalised Moomin mug from moomin.com, and to be fair, it turned out really cute. Adding the name was simple enough, which I appreciated because I don’t have the patience for fiddly customisation pages, and there were a good few designs to choose from.

The delivery took a bit longer than I’d hoped, and I did start getting slightly annoyed waiting for it, but it wasn’t a disaster. The preview was also accurate compared to what actually arrived, so at least there were no weird surprises.

I’m giving it 4 stars mainly because the price felt a little steep once shipping was added. Still, the mug looked lovely in the end, and my friend really liked it, so I can’t complain too much

There were so many characters and styles, not just the same usual Moomin items you see everywhere.

A few things I assumed would be popular were already sold out, which kind of made sense, but there was still plenty left to choose from. It was easy to find something for myself and a few present ideas too.

It’s a cute little product, and I’m sure younger kids would probably have a great time with it. My teen, however, was over it quickly, so that was fun. Not a terrible buy, just maybe don’t expect it to keep older kids entertained for long...
